The right to access information and reuse of information is exercised in accordance with the Right to Access Information Act.
Law on the right to access information
The right to access information is based on the principles of publicity and free access, timeliness, completeness and accuracy of information, the principle of equality, the principle of access to information and, in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 1, item 5 of the Act, "includes the right of users to request and obtain information as well as the obligation of public authorities to provide access to the requested information, or to publish information regardless of the request made when such publication arises from an obligation specified by law or other regulation".
The right to access information and reuse of information is exercised by submitting a request to the information officer of the Baltazar Zaprešić Polytechnic.
