Graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Osijek, majoring in Marketing - Management, where he also completed post-graduate studies, majoring in Entrepreneurship, and received his doctorate on the subject of "Management of food product brands".
Since 2013, Baltazar Zaprešić has been permanently employed at the Polytechnic. Among other things, the professional experience of Assoc. Prof. Ph.D. Ružića has held various management positions, such as deputy director of packaging sales at Belišće d.d., director of the commercial sector at Kutjevo d.d., member of the board at Kutjevo d.d., member of the supervisory board at Đakovacki vinim d.d., sales director at Agrokor vinim and sales director at Belje d.d.
As head of the Consultative Center in Osijek, he greatly contributed to the development and positioning of the Polytechnic in the region of Eastern Croatia. In February 2020, Associate Prof. Ph.D. Ružić assumed the position of vice dean for teaching, students, finance and business, and in July of the same year he assumed the position of acting dean. In January 2021, the Council will confirm him as the new dean of the Polytechnic for a mandate period of four years.
At the University of Rijeka, Faculty of Management in Tourism and Hospitality, he earned a degree in economics. In 2010, he completed his post-graduate scientific master's degree in the field of economics at the same University. He has been gaining work experience since 2000; first as an entrepreneur, he runs his own company for trade and services, where he was employed until 2006, when he was employed at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, where, after two years of service, he obtained the title of junior diplomat - attaché.
As a member of the Secretariat of the negotiating group, he works on accession negotiations between the Republic of Croatia and the EU with a focus on statistical monitoring of the fulfillment of economic criteria by the Republic of Croatia.
Istovremeno je član radne skupine za izradu Pretpristupnog ekonomskog programa RH. Na Veleučilištu Baltazar Zaprešić zaposlen je od 2011. godine gdje od početka aktivno sudjeluje u nastavnom procesu, trenutno u zvanju višeg predavača. Obnašao je funkciju voditelja studijskog usmjerenja Poslovna ekonomija i financije, dok trenutno obnaša funkciju prodekana za nastavu i studente.
He is the author or co-author of several scientific or expert articles in the field of economics with a narrower interest in quantitative economics and the economics of entrepreneurship.
Dr. sc. socio. Ivana Lacković, v. pred., diplomirala je 2013. godine na Sveučilištu Josipa Jurja Strossmayera u Osijeku – Ekonomski fakultet u Osijeku, na Poslijediplomskom specijalističkom studiju „Marketing posebnih područja“ s najvišim ocjenama. Na Sveučilištu Josipa Jurja Strossmayera u Osijeku – Ekonomski fakultet u Osijeku 2023. godine završila je Doktorski studij ”Management” te stekla titulu doktorice znanosti znanstvenog područja društvenih znanosti, znanstveno polje ekonomija. Članica je CROMAR-a – Hrvatske udruge za marketing. Od svibnja 2024. članica je Odbora za međunarodnu suradnju Zbora veleučilišta Republike Hrvatske.
Diplomirao je 2014. godine na Sveučilištu Josipa Jurja Strossmayera u Osijeku – Ekonomski fakultet u Osijeku, na Poslijediplomskom specijalističkom studiju „Marketing posebnih područja“.
Radno iskustvo stječe u privatnom sektoru, a od travnja 2010. godine u stalnom je radnom odnosu na Veleučilištu Baltazar Zaprešić. Kao voditelj studentske službe od 2012. godine stječe iskustvo u rukovodećim poslovima. U 2022. godini imenovan je Pomoćnikom dekana za administrativne i računovodstvene poslove. Svojim radom, rukovodećim iskustvom i zalaganjem doprinosi razvoju i prepoznatljivosti Veleučilišta.
Nina Nemčić, univ. mag. iur., diplomirala je na Pravnom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. Radno iskustvo stječe u Ministarstvu financija, a nakon polaganja državnog stručnog ispita te pravosudnog ispita radi na Općinskom sudu u Zaprešiću. Na Veleučilištu Baltazar radi od 2011. godine, a prije preuzimanja poslova glavne tajnice bila je voditeljica pravnih poslova.
Since April 2021, she has been a member of the Committee for Legal Affairs of the Council of Polytechnics and Colleges.
