Course Content & Learning Approach

The program is designed to develop leadership skills through innovation, collaboration, and real-world application. It includes:

Online Learning (Virtual Mobility)

Interactive synchronous lectures on SDGs, self-management, and personal SWOT analysis

Asynchronous activities, including case studies and best practices in intropreneurship

On-Site Experience in Croatia

Hands-on workshops on leadership, ethical decision-making, and business strategy

Field research on self-development and entrepreneurial success stories

Company and cultural visits to business incubators and sustainable enterprises

English proficiency (minimum B2 level)

Availability for both virtual and physical mobility
