As part of the Erasmus+ program, Baltazar students had the honor of participating in the Intensive Business Week on the topic of reverse logistics "Logistic Living Labs3".
During a truly intense week, they worked on case studies in teams from all over Europe, spoke with international guest lecturers, and saw good implementation of all sustainable business standards during a study visit to the factory.
The program brought together students from different countries (Poland, Germany, Portugal, Belgium, Ukraine, Romania, Czech Republic, Netherlands and Croatia.
During the intensive seven days, students:
- attended a course in which they used VR technology
- at a practical workshop in an imaginary production line of the factory, they learned about the importance of managerial skills in the company
- discussed the competencies of successful leaders of the 21st century, learned something about effective non-verbal and verbal communication and the importance of team building
- visited the factory where they were shown the return logistics process in detail
- participated in a creative workshop where they learned about the basics of the carbon footprint ("Carbon Footprint") and calculated their own impact on total greenhouse gas emissions with an innovative calculation.
The students also had the opportunity to get to know a beautiful Polish city with a rich history, extraordinary architecture, and delicious gastronomy.
