You don’t have time for studying? From the academic year 2019/2020 you can enrol to part-time professional study programme Business and Management and part time graduate specialist study programme Public Sector Management as an online hybrid study programme at the University of Applied Sciences Baltazar Zaprešić.
The tuition fee for the online hybrid study is the same as for classical study programme. Students’ rights, obligations and status are the same as those of part time students. The diploma paper acquired upon graduating from the online study programme is the same as upon graduating from classical study programme. The Decision of the University stipulates more the instructions regarding the online hybrid study in more detail.
The University of Applied Sciences offers the most affordable tuition for their students, as well as additional support – tutors, who take care of the students and online study, which begins with the online entrance exam for all the future students who have not passed the national secondary school leaving exam.

Part-time students will be able to take each course online and they must attend a minimum of 40% of all classes through webinars or in lecture rooms.
All classes will be held by teachers in lecture rooms at the University of Applied Sciences Baltazar Zaprešić. Students can choose whether they want to listen to the lectures in classrooms or through webinars. Student who choose to take the course online will be able to access the lecture with the help of Adobe Connect software in real time no matter where they are. Using the Adobe Connect software students will interactively participate in classes and fulfil their duties and tasks in the same way as the student in lecture rooms.
At their first class, the teachers will present a schedule to the students containing all class periods, plans and activities connected to the course. Teaching materials with all instructions regarding the course and students responsibilities will be announced on Baltazar system. On Baltazar system students can test their knowledge through quizzes, seminars, tasks and case studies, or give their review on current articles related to the course topic…
Webinars cannot last more than 2,5 school hours.
Midterm and term exams will be held exclusively at the University of Applied Sciences Baltazar Zaprešić under controlled conditions. Part time students that choose to enrol online hybrid study will take an introduction teaching course “studying at eBaltazar” for free. The minimum number of students enrolled for conducting the online hybrid programme is 20.
Hybrid online study in virtual surroundings is a synonym for a new, modern and high quality education that takes place with the help of information communication technologies. It is based on a combination of classical and virtual teaching.
Learning outcomes for each study programme and each course stay the same as in classical study programme. This online study puts an emphasis on continuing and team work, critical and creative thinking skills, as well as on mastering how to achieve the desired results in your own way.
