In a world that is constantly evolving, the need for visionary and adaptable leaders has never been greater. The BIP Leaders for Tomorrow is designed to equip students with the essential business, leadership, and self-management skills required to navigate the challenges of today’s global landscape. With a strong focus on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this program empowers students to become responsible, forward-thinking professionals who drive meaningful changes in their fields.
This 5-day immersive program fosters personal and professional growth through a blend of interactive workshops, hands-on case studies, and real-world problem-solving exercises. Participants will develop their leadership potential, adaptability, and strategic thinking, gaining insights into the complexities of modern business environments.
From the very beginning, the program emphasizes self-discovery and empowerment – key attributes of successful leaders. Students will refine their problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and decision-making under pressure, leaving with a clear career vision and a concrete action plan for their future.

Course Content & Methods
The course will combine three key elements:
Teaching Methods:
Synchronous online lectures: course coordinators and lecturers will present the curriculum and assessment methods.
Flipped classroom approach: pre-recorded content will allow class time for discussions, debates, and interactive learning.
Project-based learning: students will develop a self-management plan based on course content.
Field research: during the on-site week, students will analyze self-development strategies and entrepreneurial success stories from business visits.
